Benefits at a Glance

MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION INSURANCE

The Company provides medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and their covered dependents for medically necessary treatment and professional services.  Regular full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for these benefits effective upon their beginning date of employment.  

LIFE INSURANCE, PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

When you join The Rehancement Group, Inc. the Company provides Basic Life Insurance at 1 times the employee’s base salary (maximum $50,000).  The employee also receives Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Short- Term and Long Term Disability. Employees can purchase additional Voluntary Life Insurance Coverage.

HEALTH CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

This account allows full-time employees to set aside some of their earnings before taxes in a type of savings account for later reimbursement of qualifying medical expenses.  Expenses must be incurred while the employee is working (if married, both employee and spouse must work).  Contributions are made through payroll deduction. 

ADOPTION ASSISTANCE

Adoption assistance is provided for active, full-time employees who have completed 6 months of service.  A maximum of $1,500.00 will be reimbursed provided all guidelines are met.

CREDIT UNION

Comprehensive credit union services are available for all employees from MemberSource Credit Union via payroll deduction.  Services include savings and checking accounts, credit cards, and loans.

401(k) PLAN

Generally, all full time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan upon joining the Company.  Additional information will be provided upon employment.

OPTUM® CARE24

To help employees and their families balance work and personal issues, Insperity offers Care24 - a flexible and comprehensive employee assistance program - at no cost to the employee. An employee may utilize Care24 immediately upon hire – there is no waiting period.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE / TRAINING

All employees have access to free online training in areas including Business Skills, IT Desktop, IT Programming, and Safety. Employees are also eligible to receive $1,500.00 towards continuing education expenses.  Additional requirements may apply.

PAID TIME OFF

The Company offers 10 paid holidays per year and 128 hours of paid time off per year which is accrued at 5.33 hours per pay period.
