David S. Baker, PMP, President
David Baker is the President and Co-Founder of The Rehancement Group (TRG). His background includes leading large corporate organizations, launching new business ventures and providing insightful and pragmatic consulting solutions to public and private sector clients. David is a seasoned business executive with an intuitive understanding of the similarities and differences between public and private sector models. He has helped both federal and commercial organizations achieve tangible success in constrained operating and budgetary environments.
For over 30 years, David has worked with leading organizations across the private, public and social sectors and helped them address their most pressing business issues. A recognized real estate expert, David has provided expert testimony for law firms on matters of finance and policy. Prior to founding TRG in 2007, David was a Managing Director at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he had full profit and loss responsibility for a successful Public Sector practice serving U.S based clients.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University and his MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. He is a licensed real estate broker, and is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and certified Real Property Administrator (RPA). David loves spending time with his family. He enjoys flying and is a licensed commercial pilot, with over 35 years of experience. David is active in his community and church, and routinely volunteers his time in helping those in need.
