David S. Baker, PMP, President
Mr. Baker is co-founder and President of The Rehancement Group, Inc. He has over 29 years of consulting experience in infrastructure strategy and analysis, financial and economic analysis, business process re-engineering, source selection support, preparation of engineering estimates, privatization, property management, and asset valuation.
Mr. Baker has provided services to federal, state and local governments, law firms, corporations, developers and contractors, private investors, financial institutions, management companies, and pension funds. Mr. Baker holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) - Real Estate and Urban Development from American University.
