Jean M. Baker, CEO
Ms. Baker is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Rehancement Group, Inc. She has more than 25 years of facility and real property management experience with leading Washington, DC commercial real estate firms. As the CEO, Ms. Baker is responsible for the marketing, delivery and quality of services while managing the human resources and administration.
Ms. Baker ensures The Rehancement Group and its services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image. With the assistance of the senior management team, Ms. Baker provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of The Rehancement Group's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
Ms. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
