Travis Logsdon, PMP, CCEA, CDFM

Mr. Logsdon is a Manager with the The Rehancement Group, Inc. He is a seasoned cost estimator and financial manager with a strong understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Mr. Logsdon leads The Rehancement Group's business operations in the Dayton, Ohio area and is currently delivering world-class management consulting services at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Mr. Logsdon's background includes positions with MCR and the United States Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance from the Naval Post Graduate School. Mr. Logsdon is an active member of the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) and holds the designation of Certified Cost Estimator/ Analyst (CCEA). Mr. Logsdon is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) with the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).

Joseph J. McConnell, PE

Mr. McConnell is a Manager with The Rehancement Group, Inc.  He has worked in military facility planning for more than two decades, with extensive experience in installation master planning, facility requirements analysis, and the creation of integrated automation solutions to help the military manage facilities through periods of change.  Mr. McConnell leads The Rehancement Group’s Facility Assessment Support Team and is currently working in support of the Department of the Army Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management.

Mr. McConnell’s background includes positions with the United States Army (active and reserve,) J.M Turner Inc. (a construction contractor,) R&K Engineering, and Glacis Engineering.  He is the former manager of the Army’s Facility Planning System or FPS, was instrumental in the design and fielding of the Army Range Requirements Model or ARRM, and devised the current Army Training Budget system or TBUD based on ARRM.  He has done military planning work in the United States, Panama, Europe, the Pacific, and Asia.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and is a Professional Engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Aneesh Talwar, CCEA

Mr. Talwar is a Manager with the Rehancement Group, Inc. He is an accomplished cost estimator with a strong understanding of acquisition processes, technology, government contract finance, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Mr. Talwar has led The Rehancement Group's Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) cost teams in Kuwait and the United States. He has provided technical and financial support services in furtherance of critical DoD financial management initiatives.

Mr. Talwar's background includes positions with CPS, General Dynamics, Apptis, and Resource Consultants International (RCI). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from George Mason University. Mr. Talwar is an active member of the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) and holds the designation of Certified Cost Estimator/ Analyst (CCEA). As of May 2010, Mr. Talwar is one of only 574 professionals to attain this prestigious credential in the nation.
