Mark V. Dombroski, PMP, Vice President
Mr. Dombroski is a Vice President with the Rehancement Group, Inc. As a trusted advisor, he has provided financial and economic advisory services to clients in various industries including energy, power, facilities, public utilities, as well as federal, state and local agencies. His areas of expertise include energy and utility economics, rate making and intervention, utility privatization, restructuring and deregulation, econometric modeling, financial analysis, policy analysis, business strategy, facility assessments, market studies, program management, dispute analysis and litigation support. He has provided expert witness testimony in proceedings related to economic matters.
Mr. Dombroski's background includes senior management positions within the public utility industry as well as significant consulting experience with international professional services firms serving both the private and public sector markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University. He is Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified from the Project Management Institute.
He is a former United States Marine Corps Officer.
