November 11, 2011 – The Rehancement Group participated in the 9th Annual Tear Drops to Rainbows (T2R) Gala on November 11, 2011 at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner. Tear Drops to Rainbows is an organization based out of Fairfax, Virginia which provides emotional and financial support to children with cancer and their families. The Gala included a presentation from T2R, stories from families that receive support from T2R, a dinner and a silent auction. The Rehancement Group employees were happy to be a part of such a thoughtful and rewarding event. October 12, 2011The Rehancement Group, Inc. August 25, 2011 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) has been recognized by Inc. July 15, 2011– The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) has announced that C. David Solomon, a Project Manager based in Dayton, OH, has earned his Project Management Professional® (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.  Mr. Solomon has over 10 years of world-class experience on various Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Information Technology Programs.  His background includes leading complex Integrated Product Teams and Projects developing UAS Sensors, Communication Links, and Financial Systems for the Department of Defense.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from The United States Air Force Academy and Master of Science in Research & Development Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.  Mr. Solomon is also an Air Force Reserve Officer at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.


June 3, 2011The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) corporate staff members participated in its annual Day of Service on June 3, 2011.  TRG closed its offices in Reston, VA as its employees volunteered at the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) Washington, DC chapter’s Team Challenge Virginia Wine Country Half Marathon.  CCFA is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.  For additional information about CCFA and how you can get involved please visit www.ccfa.org and select the Washington, DC chapter.


April 5, 2011 – The US Army's Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) announced today that it has selected The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) to provide Facilities Assessment Support Services and Related Technical and Program-Related Support.  OACSIM is responsible for managing the Army's facilities infrastructure and base support planning at the headquarters level for nearly $300 billion in asset value.  TRG is tasked with providing analytical support for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Program; The Base Operations Support Program; The Installation Status Report Program; and, The Military Construction Program. TRG will also provide subject matter expertise and in-depth analytical capabilities using and integrating the myriad of Army data and support systems. The value of the contract is $2.3 million if all options are exercised.

December 8, 2010 – The General Services Administration has awarded a Schedule 874 - Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract to The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG). Under the MOBIS program, TRG is able to offer a full range of managment and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. December 2, 2010 – The Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE) has certified The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) as a Small, Woman- and/or Minority-owned (SWaM) business. The Virginia SWaM Vendor Directory is posted on www.dmbe.virginia.gov and shared with procurement agents of state agencies, as well as other public entities and private corporations. October 25, 2010 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) has announced that T.J. Hoke, a Systems Engineer based in Dayton, OH, has earned his Project Management Professional® (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.  Mr. Hoke has over ten years of professional experience in the areas of Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.  Mr. Hoke has designed custom virtual reality systems such as flight simulators and virtual automotive design centers for a large array of clients including the US Air Force.  He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.


October 14, 2010 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is pleased to announce the formation of its Systems Engineering practice based in Dayton, OH.  TRG’s Systems Engineering staff has a wealth of experience in delivering training and simulation systems, including full motion and stationary flight simulators, bridge naval simulators, small arms immersive environments, and custom solutions.  TRG has the capability to provide engineering and project management support to assist clients through concept definition, design, documentation, procurement and installation.  Mr. T.J. August 11, 2010 – The Facilities Energy Directorate (FE) – Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations & Environment)/(DUSD I&E) announced today that the team of Stanley Associates, prime contractor, and The Rehancement Group (TRG), subcontractor, has been awarded a delivery task order to provide technical, analytical and program support for the Utilities Privatization program.  The task order, which has a base year and four (4) option years, was awarded under the General Services Administration’s Alliant multiple award/indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity vehicle. TRG principals have supported the Department of Defense and the DUSD I&E-FE Utilities Privatization program since 1999.  Ms. Jean Baker, CEO of TRG, stated “The competitively awarded task order to Team Stanley is a testament to Stanley Associates excellent reputation in the federal sector and TRG’s expertise in utilities and Energy Security.” 


June 25, 2010 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) announced today that Peter Chrzanowski, a TRG consultant based in Reston, VA, has earned the Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) designation from the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA).  As of June 2010, Mr. Chrzanowski is one of less than 600 professionals to attain this prestigious credential in the nation. His background includes positions supporting several federal agencies including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), National Cancer Institute (NCI), General Services Administration (GSA), and Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment (DUSD I&E). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  


May 24, 2010 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) has announced that Vice President Benton Polzak has earned his Project Management Professional® (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute. Mr. Polzak has served both federal and commercial entities with world-class financial and economic consulting services for over 19 years. His background includes positions with BearingPoint, KPMG, PSI, and Wachovia Corporation (a Wells Fargo Company). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and is an active member of the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) and Society of Military Engineers (SAME).

Mark Dombroski holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Public Administration with Pi Alpha Alpha honors from Seattle University.  He is a seasoned financial executive from the energy and utilities industry with extensive management consulting experience in the public and private sector markets.  He is a former United States Marine Corps Officer.


March 30, 2010 – The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) announced today that Travis Logsdon, the TRG Lead / Manager based in Dayton, OH, has earned the Project Management Professional® (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.  The PMP® credential recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.  According to David S. Baker, President of TRG and a PMP®, “To keep their projects on schedule and on budget, our federal clients are becoming increasingly aware of the value a PMP® brings to the team.”

Travis Logsdon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance from the Naval Post Graduate School. Mr. Logsdon holds the designation of Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) and is also a Certified Defense Financial Manger (CDFM).  He is a former United States Air Force Officer.
